Instruction Of Women's Gel Cushion Insoles:

1. Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of insole.
2. Insert right insole directly into right shoe.
3. Align heel of insole with heel of shoe and press firmly into place.
4. Repeat with left insole and left shoe.
5. It is recommended to replace a pair of insoles at least every 3 months.
6. Do not machine wash, rub, or expose to the sun.
7. For non-stubborn stains, use a brush to remove them and flick off the dust. For stubborn stains, use a wet towel to remove them and let them dry.
